Service Description

This service is designed for pools experiencing urgent water quality issues, algae growth, loss of clarity, or sudden operational problems that require prompt attention. The service includes assessment of pool condition and equipment, debris removal, vacuuming where possible, water testing, and initial chemical treatment to stabilise the pool. Equipment is inspected to identify potential issues affecting circulation or water quality. Where specialist repairs or parts are required, these will be clearly identified and quoted separately or referred to a licensed technician if needed. Chemicals & Materials: Basic chemical adjustments may be included where minimal amounts are required. Significant chemical treatments (including large quantities of chlorine, algaecide, flocculant, stabiliser, salt, or calcium) are not included in the service price and will be charged separately at cost plus service handling. Approval will be obtained prior to application where chemical costs exceed $50. Chemical costs will be itemised on your invoice.
